June Students of the Month
The character trait of the month was good manners. Students who consistently used good manners were nominated by teachers and staff to participate in an ice cream party with Mrs. LaDouce. Congratulations!
Princess Sammy Seek and Find
Princess Sammy is a hamster in Mrs. Karcz’s third grade classroom. Sammy’s disappearance one night inspired the students to write and illustrate stories about her adventures. Sammy was eventually found, but then vanished again for another journey. She is safely back home again now, but has inspired a school wide seek and find. E...

Cayuga students were treated to an exciting career day this year. Mrs. Morgan from Morgan’s Farm came to talk about farming. Chef Harold from Lewis’ Restaurant made French toast for the students while Mrs. Brandstetter talked about running a restaurant. May Students of the Month
Congratulations to the students of the month for May! May's character trait was self-reliance. Children who exhibited this trait were honored by attending an ice cream party with Mrs. LaDouce and Mrs. Murphy. We are so proud of our self-reliant students!
