Miss Weaver, Library Media Specialist
Miss Weaver, a 1995 graduate of Union Springs HS, earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Keuka College in 1999. In 2001, Miss Weaver joined the staff at Union Springs MS/HS as a teacher's assistant, which led to an assistant position in the Library Media Center. In 2005, Miss Weaver received her Master's in Library and Information Science, with a concentration in School Media, from Syracuse University. She was a long-term substitute Library Media Specialist for one year before becoming the LMS in January 2007. In addition to her duties as LMS, Miss Weaver is co-advisor of National Honor Society and coaches Varsity and Modified Volleyball.
Mrs. Prouten, Library Aide
Mrs. Prouten joined the library staff in the fall of 2008 after having previously be in charge of the HS computer lab.
